Braided Leather Rifle Sling 40 Inches 7/8 Swivels European #1 Germany FWB 124D

This is a beautiful braided leather rifle sling. It uses 7/8 inch swivels and measures 40 inches as pictured. Narrow swivels are common on European rifles and shotguns. Also on the FWB 124D Airgun. American swivels are 1 inch. The European swivels on some vintage guns measure closer to 7/8 (I’m sure its a metric measurement). Finding slings to fit these narrow swivels can be extremely difficult to find, so this sling is somewhat rare. It is stamped Made In Germany. Braided slings are someehat difficult to find. I used to collect European hunting rifles and I always thought that braided slings looked traditional and particularly handsome on them. It is in very good condition. The leather is soft and pliable.
