This is a vegetable tanned double butt leather that has a mellow temper which makes them perfect for casual belts. They are nearly rectangular in shape except for the semi-circular bottom section and can be cut in either direction to maximize yield. The surface is not heavily finished to allow for a feel that is friendly to the hand and the oil content gives them a two-tone “pull-up” when you bend the leather.
