The color ranges from a medium to darker brown over most of the length. There is some minor surface wear and wrinkling, but for the vast majority, it is relatively smooth. It is firm and completely pliable. The buckle is in very good condition and it is securely attached with either copper or brass rivets. Most of the paint is worn.
