KRAG LEATHER SLING ORIGINAL Stamped W. Very Good Leather & Stitching. This is an original leather sling from a Krag. Very good brass hardware and very good leather. On one end of the leather, it is clearly stamped W. The stitching is very strong on the section where the 2 sections of leather come together and on the keepers. The leather is strong and will easily hold the weight of a rifle, including the keepers. The leather has medium and darker medium brown colors. The leather is firm and pliable. About 1/3 of the frog keeper holes have a minor surface crack and there is one near the frog. A portion of the middle of the sling has a slight surface wrinkle look to it. Very nice looking sling.
