Original Winchester Pre 64 Model 70 Sling Swivel Set with leather sling. The swivels are in decent original shape. The leather sling appears to be of the period. The swivels were removed from a 1950’s Model 70 in 270 caliber. Nice sling setup for a Model 70 Winchester. Parts Questions and Requests. Original WWI Era US Army/USMC M1907 Leather Sling for the M1903 Springfield, M1918 BAR or M1917 Enfiled – Marked G&K 1918 – Nice Condition. The sling is marked: G&K and dated 1918. This sling has the correct WWI Blackened Brass hooks. The sling is used, see photo’s for condition. The sling has both leather keepers. The leather is soft and supple. There is some minor wrinkling on the surface of the leather. There are some cracks between some of the adjustment holes. The leather has darken with age. The stitching is all tight and intact. This is an Original Functional WWI era Sling and would look great on a WWI era rifle. NOTE: this is a collectible item, suitable for a correct historic display. It is NOT recommened for actual use. This is the sling that was commonly used on the M1917 Enfield, the M1 Garand, the M1903 Springfield, the M1903A3 Springfield and the M1941 Johnson Rifles. Check out my other items.
